On your reservation please 'note' down your estimated time of arrival and bedding configuration. If you will be requiring additional bedding there will be a charge of $40.00 per night per rollaway bed (subject to availability).
Quest on Flinders Lane has an arrangement with Flinders Gate Secure Car Park which is located at 172-192 Flinders Street and is also accessible via 195 Flinders Lane. (Subject to change). Exit tickets are available at Quest on Flinders Lane Reception. Please contact the property prior to arrival for car park instructions and pricing.
QUEST ON FLINDERS LANE REGULATES A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY - in line with this only a limited amount of alcohol is permitted in all apartments. Should you have any questions regarding the the alcohol limitations please contact us.
All bookings made via this website will be confirmed immediately. The credit card provided upon making your booking will be charged 1 night's deposit at the time of booking. Please ensure that you have the same credit card with you upon arrival to verify authenticity. A $400.00 credit card pre-authorisation or $500.00 cash bond is required on check-in. This may be increased over peak periods.
Valid Credit Card and Photo Identification belonging to the reservation holder MUST be presented for authorisation on arrival. The Credit Card holder must be the main registered guest of the apartment. Quest on Flinders Lane reserves the right to terminate any reservation that does not meet this criteria.
Quest on Flinders Lane has a 48 hour cancellation policy during non-peak time frames. If your booking falls during peak periods, Full-Prepayment of Accommodation is Required 30 days prior to arrival. All cancellations must be made no less than 30 days prior to arrival or a charge of full pre-paid accommodation will be incurred. A failure to arrive by 10:00am on the morning following the Guest’s scheduled arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to full accommodation amount.
